Butterfly Hugs is a local charity formed to raise money for young families affected by life-limiting and terminal illness in the South Lakeland and Furness area.

We are dedicated to supporting local families in their hour of need either financially or provide support in the form of meetups and connecting families.

Butterfly Hugs has been formed as a charity that will be a legacy of Connie and Joe Elson who suffer the rare condition MLD. Connie and Joe have drawn our attention to rare illnesses and the lack of support in our area of the country.
